Important information
Disclosures & Disclaimers
These disclosures and disclaimers apply to information on this website and to preliminary enquiries made through it. They should be read with our Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Effective 20 July 2026
1. General information only
Website content is general in nature, may change without notice and does not take into account your objectives, circumstances or requirements. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment, credit, customs, migration, employment, insurance or other professional advice. You should make your own enquiries and obtain appropriately qualified advice before acting on information that is material to you.
2. No promise or guarantee
Photographs, examples, descriptions, timeframes, pricing indications and opportunity statements are illustrative unless expressly confirmed in writing. OUO does not guarantee availability, eligibility, approval, commercial outcomes, customer demand, order volume, income, savings, investment performance, delivery time or any other result.
3. Business relationships and third-party brands
References to third-party brands describe areas of business experience or enquiries OUO may facilitate. They do not mean OUO owns those brands or is endorsed, certified, exclusively appointed or authorised beyond the scope of an actual arrangement. Relationships, services and authorisations may change, and some engagement details may be confidential.
4. Referrals, promotions and benefits
OUO may act as a promoter, introducer or referral contact and may receive a fee, commission, marketing support or another benefit from a provider when a person makes an enquiry, becomes onboarded or acquires a service. Any benefit that OUO or an associate may receive from a financial-services referral will be disclosed before the referral is made where required. A benefit does not amount to a recommendation and does not change the provider's responsibility for its own products, decisions and services.
5. Promotion, merchant and courier opportunities
A promotion, merchant or courier listing is an invitation to enquire through OUO and is not necessarily an advertisement for direct employment by OUO or the named platform. The identity of the engaging entity, legal nature of the relationship, duties, fees, expenses, insurance, tax, superannuation and other rights or obligations are determined by applicable law and the final written agreement—not by a short website description.
Applicants must satisfy the relevant provider's eligibility, identity, work-right, licence, vehicle, safety and onboarding requirements. No approval, commencement date, minimum hours, order volume or income is promised.
6. Financial services information
OUO's role through this website is limited to providing factual information and, at your request, identifying a relevant provider or providing its contact details. OUO does not through this website provide financial product advice, recommend or compare financial products, arrange a transaction, operate a managed account, handle client money, provide trading signals, or guarantee returns or account approval.
Information on this website does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Any decision to apply, acquire, hold or dispose of a financial product is yours and must be made using information supplied by the relevant licensed provider. Product availability, eligibility, onboarding and account approval are determined solely by that provider.
Leveraged products, including contracts for difference, are complex and high risk. You may lose all money deposited for trading. Before acting, read the relevant provider's current Product Disclosure Statement, Target Market Determination, Financial Services Guide and other official documents, verify the provider and its licence details, and consider independent advice from an appropriately licensed adviser.
7. Logistics information
Logistics estimates depend on cargo description, dimensions, weight, value, origin, destination, carrier capacity, routing, customs, biosecurity, sanctions, dangerous-goods rules, duties, taxes and other regulatory or provider requirements. The selected provider must confirm final acceptance, price, insurance, route and timeframe.
The sender is responsible for complete and accurate cargo information and for complying with import, export, customs and biosecurity requirements unless a written agreement states otherwise. OUO does not guarantee acceptance, customs clearance, delivery dates or insurance coverage and is not responsible for delay or loss caused by authorities, carriers or events outside its reasonable control, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Technology-enabled services
Automated and AI-enabled tools can produce incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable outputs. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, outputs should be independently checked by an appropriately qualified person before they are used for a commercial, legal, financial, safety-critical or other material decision. A reference to a technology provider does not imply its endorsement, certification or investment in OUO.
9. Mandatory rights preserved
Nothing in these disclaimers excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
